6yr old accused of sexual assault




What is wrong with people? How can you even consider charges like this? What goes through a persons head? I will never understand this..

Anyway, this 6yr old boy was playing the popular kids game of "tag" with his best friend in the playground where according to school staff, he "brushed" against the kids "leg or groin"

Um...what?  Brushed against his leg OR groin? So they are not even sure but they still take the kid into the principles office for 2 hours until he confesses to it at which they then added a sexual battery charge to his school record and suspended him.

Wow. Anyway the parents decided to get a lawyer and lo and behold, what the school did was not legal. What a surprise. The lawyer said that in California you cannot have a 6yr old commit a sexual assault

After they got a lawyer the school decided to back off and remove the charge from the boys record. Their son is now attending a new school

I think being able to use your head is becoming more and more of a rare thing. I don't know how you charge a kid with this. There have been other incidents like this also.

Like with a 7yr old boy not to long ago who was being bullied then he got choked so he kicked the bully in the groin and HE got in trouble and got accused of sexual assault by the school.

The people who began the charge, pursued it, and the IDIOT that put on his record have zero business functioning in every day society. That six year old is going to have that on his record permanently. What a serious offense to be associated with?!

    Dude. Most sexual predators aren't walking around going LULZ YOU GUYS, I TOUCH KIDS. They keep their shit a secret. A 6 YEAR OLD IS NOT CAPABLE OF THIS SHIT.

    Mind you, there are some cases of kids who turn out bad, but the way the school handed this was completely shitty. I would personally like to punch the principal for botching this so bad. Use your heads, you idiots!

    Wow...because kids totally get what meaning the adults are taking from what is said and done. They are innocent young children who are learning how to find their way and act appropriately in the world. They certainly are not "sexually assaulting" or "sexually harassing" anyone. Granted there are exceptions that are few and far between, but this just makes my head hurt.
